investbiz is a data and analytics platform for equity, futures & options (F&O), and options-strategy information relating to Indian markets. It provides charts, screens, historical data, sector-rotation views, and similar analytical tools.
investbiz is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on the Platform is, or should be understood as, investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or derivative. See the Disclaimer for full detail.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform.

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third parties (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, NSE public data, and broker APIs where applicable) and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Platform.
investbiz currently offers a free tier. Paid plans, if and when introduced, will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase, including pricing, billing cycle, and refund policy.
The Platform, including its design, logos, software, and original analytics methodology, is the property of Digital Nomads Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Market data itself remains the property of its respective providers/exchanges.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Nomads Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading or investment losses, arising from use of or reliance on the Platform or its data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
